Tour de Catalogne #4: De Gendt et Quintana à l'honneur

Thomas De Gendt (Lotto-Soudal) a remporté ce jeudi la 4e étape du Tour de Catalogne disputée entre Bagà et le sommet du col de Port Ainé. Membre de l'échappée matinale, le Belge gagne donc cette l'étape "reine" du Tour de Catalogne. Il a repris puis distancé le Néerlandais Pieter Weening (Roompot) qui était parti seul au pied de la dernière montée. Aux 2km, il est parti en solo vers la victoire. Nairo Quintana (Movistar) est 2e et nouveau leader alors que Richie Porte (BMC) 3e et Alberto Contador (Tinkoff), 4e.
